In conjunction with the revocation, Dickerson was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment, to run consecutively with her perjury sentence, and one year of supervised release, to be served concurrently with release imposed in the perjury judgment.
The State charged Dickerson with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.
Ha did so with the intent to impede, intimidate, and retaliate against these individuals on account of the performance of their official duties.
According to the criminal complaint, on multiple occasions between October 2014 and April 2015, Ha made threatening statements to Federal officials and behaved in a threatening manner.
